Marketing, web and systems · Santa Cruz de la Sierra & Tampa

Ideas with direction.

We build the brand, the messaging and the digital tools of growing businesses: identity, content and campaigns, plus the website, online store or system that keeps your customers and operations in order.

Selected work

Work you can see, use and check.

Four projects from October 2026, with their real status: what’s in use, what’s a demo and what doesn’t have measured results yet.

01

King Carwash

Car wash & detailing · Santa Cruz de la Sierra, BoliviaClient · in rollout

King Carwash website on a phone, with the headline and WhatsApp and services buttons.

Main image: illustrative 3D render made with Khronos Group’s “Car Concept” model (CC BY 4.0). On the phone, the real King Carwash website.

A car wash under new ownership, moving into detailing, needed to explain its services better and stop losing customers between messages.

Context
A new owner, a location being renovated and a clear goal: move from quick washes to detailed vehicle care.
Problem
No scheduling, no CRM and scattered WhatsApp conversations. Nothing tracked each vehicle’s status or the day’s cash.
What we did
  • Identity and service packages
  • Website with a service finder and booking requests over WhatsApp
  • Shop system: check-in with checklist and photos, status board, cash register and daily close
  • Quote follow-up, inventory, commissions and time tracking
River MKT’s role
Strategy, design, copywriting and development.
Outcome
In rollout. We’ll publish measured results (inquiries, bookings and average ticket) once the system completes a full operating cycle.
02

POWER WORKSHOP

Motorcycle assembly · PowerMotorcycle (Fremar Ltda.), Santa Cruz de la Sierra, BoliviaPilot in use
POWER WORKSHOP dashboard (interface in Spanish): sidebar with Assembly, Quality Control and Metrics; KPIs for assembled bikes, average time and first-pass approval; active orders by status.

POWER WORKSHOP dashboard.

A motorcycle importer tracked assembly on paper. We moved it to an app where every bike, every minute and every inspection is recorded.

Context
PowerMotorcycle’s Assembly Center receives imported motorcycles, assembles them and ships them to each branch.
Problem
Paper checklists, unmeasured times and unclear ownership: there was no way to know how long each bike took or who assembled, inspected or fixed it.
What we did
  • The full journey: arrival, work order, assignment, assembly, quality control and dispatch to a branch
  • The official 42-point checklist, digitized, with inspector sign-off and PDF
  • Server-time stamps, pauses, photos and issues at every stage
  • Employee code and PIN login, role permissions and an access log
  • Training guides for supervisors and assemblers
River MKT’s role
Process mapping, design, development, training and the presentation to management.
Outcome
Pilot in use at the Assembly Center since October 2026. The first KPIs (time per model, first-pass approvals and rework) will come from 2–4 weeks of use. Next phase: technical service.
03

NATIVA

Women’s athleisure · Santa Cruz de la Sierra, BoliviaDemo · launch pending
NATIVA online store home: photo of a brown athleisure set, headline “Elegancia en movimiento” and buttons to browse sets.

Photography: NATIVA.

An athleisure brand selling from a PDF catalog wanted its own online store, simple enough to run without hassle.

Context
Sets, cardigans and non-slip socks presented in a PDF catalog.
Problem
Selling online without a card gateway: payments arrive by QR, are checked by hand, and the last unit must never be sold twice.
What we did
  • Catalog with sizes and colors, using the brand’s own photos
  • QR payment with receipt upload and approval from the admin panel
  • Stock held while a payment is confirmed
  • Flat Bs 15 delivery or free pickup, both configurable
  • Light and dark mode
River MKT’s role
Design, development and testing of the store and its admin panel.
Outcome
Working demo with 49 business-rule tests and 23 browser walkthroughs. Launch is waiting on the brand’s final details.

River MKT OS

The agency’s internal systemIn-house product
River MKT OS task board with Pending, In progress, In review and Done columns (interface in Spanish).

Before offering order to clients, we built it for ourselves: one system connecting the sale, the project and the invoice.

Context
An agency working in two markets, with clients paying in bolivianos and in dollars.
Problem
Leads, proposals, tasks and billing spread across separate tools.
What we did
  • Sales pipeline and three-tier proposals
  • Projects with task and deliverable templates
  • Calendar, content planning and recurring billing
  • Bolivianos and dollars kept apart in every total; roles and an audit log
River MKT’s role
In-house product: design, development and testing.
Outcome
26 automated tests covering workflow, permissions and money math. Being rolled out for the agency’s day-to-day operations.
