1. Who we are
River MKT, owned by Adrián Rivero Achaval, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. Contact: info@rivermkt.com. These terms govern the use of rivermkt.com.
2. Information and portfolio
We aim to keep information accurate and up to date. Projects are shown with their real status: those marked demo, proposal or in progress do not represent commercial results. Client brands, photos and screenshots belong to their owners and are shown with their permission.
3. Hiring our services
Content on this site is informational and is not a binding offer. Services are hired through a written proposal accepted by both parties that sets scope, deliverables, timeline, price, currency and payment terms. No proposal is considered accepted by silence.
4. Use of the site
Use the site in good faith and don’t try to damage it, access restricted areas or submit false information. The River MKT name, logo, copy and designs may not be used without permission.
5. Liability
We are responsible for the services you hire from us under each proposal and the law. We are not liable for site outages caused by third parties or force majeure, though we’ll make reasonable efforts to restore it.

7. Personal data
How we use your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new dated version. Changes apply from publication and don’t affect services already contracted.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, without prejudice to consumers’ statutory rights. Services for US clients are governed by the terms of each proposal.
