1. Who is responsible for your data
River MKT, owned by Adrián Rivero Achaval, based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. Contact: info@rivermkt.com.

We only ask for the data each purpose needs and don’t use it for anything other than what’s described here.
3. Consent
We process your data with your prior knowledge and express consent, which you can withdraw at any time without retroactive effect. News is optional: we only write to you for that purpose if you tick the box, and every message explains how to unsubscribe.
4. Who we share data with
We don’t sell your data. We only share it with third parties with your prior consent or under a written order from a competent court, plus the technical service providers that act on our behalf:
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): messaging, when you contact us that way. Data processed in the US and other countries under Meta’s policy.
- Microsoft (Outlook): agency email. Data hosted by Microsoft in the US or other countries under its policy.
- River MKT OS: our internal client and project system, hosted on Railway (US).
- Google Analytics (Google LLC): visit statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies. Data processed in the US and other countries under Google’s policy.
- Website hosting: Netlify (US and global network)
Some of these providers store data outside Bolivia. They do so under contract, with security measures, and only to provide their service to us.
5. Cookies
We use one necessary preference to remember your cookie choice and, only if you accept, Google Analytics to measure how the site is used in aggregate. We don’t use advertising cookies. Details in the Cookie Policy.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: access limited to those who need it, encrypted connections and activity logging in our system.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to a specific use or withdraw your consent. Write to info@rivermkt.com or WhatsApp +1 (813) 400-4921 and we’ll reply within 3 business days. We may ask for a detail to confirm your identity.
If you believe we didn’t handle your request, you may file a Privacy Protection Action under Article 130 of Bolivia’s Constitution.
8. If you are visiting from the United States
We don’t sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising. We’ll only send you marketing messages by WhatsApp, SMS or email if you gave us prior express written consent (the news checkbox), and you can opt out at any time by replying “STOP”. This site is not directed to children under 13. Once River MKT is registered as a Florida LLC, we’ll update this section.
9. Minors
This site is intended for businesses and people aged 18 and over.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll publish the new version with its date and, if the change affects how we use data you already gave us, we’ll ask for your consent again.
11. Applicable law
This policy is governed by Bolivia’s Constitution (arts. 21 and 130), Law No. 164 on Telecommunications and ICT and its regulation (Supreme Decree 1793, arts. 56 and 57), and Law No. 453 on consumer rights.
